Phimosis Operation

According to a research, more than half of Japanese men have Phony Phimosis.
There are no serious problems with Phony Phimosis, but people with Phony Phimosis have the following symptoms.

Many men are concerned about Phimosis regardless of their age.
Patients receive a Phimosis operation for various reasons.
Some of them want to take a bath without having to hide their private area.
Others don’t want to feel embarrassed when they receive medical care.
The total cost of Phimosis operation is 110,000 yen for all types of Phimosis – Phony Phimosis, Paraphimosis and True Phimosis. (100,000 yen for the operation and 10,000 yen for the blood test)
The operation cost covers the entire process of operation including the removal of suture threads.
We will not charge extra for anesthesia and medication.

3 forms of Phimosis

1.Phony Phimosis

Phony Phimosis is the most common form of Phimosis.
Foreskin stretches when a penis is erected, but a head of a penis is usually covered.
Foreskin can be stretched easily and stopped at the head of a penis when it is not erected.

2.Paraphimosis

There is a constriction on foreskin of a man with Paraphimosis. A man with Paraphimosis feels pressure on his foreskin.

3.True Phimosis

Foreskin of a man with True Phimosis cannot be retracted whether a penis is erected or not.

Phimosis Operation Method

Excess foreskin is eliminated based on the size of its erection during the Phimosis operation.
Foreskin is cut in the middle of the penis in a procedure that has been practiced in the Urology Department.
This procedure makes it apparent that the patient had a Phimosis operation because the color of the operated area changes.
In the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Department, foreskin immediately below a penis head is cut and stitched.
When a Phimosis operation is performed in this way, surgical cut and scar are invisible since the suture line aligns with a coronary groove.
Partial anesthesia is applied, so the pain is felt only at the time of injection.
We inject anesthesia with a tiny needle very carefully, so the pain is minimal.
Some patients said that they feel less pain than when they had their wisdom teeth pulled.
A Phony Phimosis operation takes only about 30 minutes.
You will feel much more confident about yourself after such a short operation.
We sew the affected area with nylon suture threads used for a face lift.
Some clinics advertise that they use suture threads that dissolve and patients don’t have to visit the clinic after the surgery.
It may sound convenient, but these suture threads take a long time to dissolve! The threads still remain in the body a month after the surgery.
You feel the pull and the scar might remain on the operated area.
If the operated area becomes dirty by urination, wash it with normal saline solution, apply an ointment and place cotton gauze on the affected area.
(Normal saline solution will not hurt the skin.)
Suture threads are removed in 2 weeks. Please refrain from having sex for 4 weeks after the surgery.

Q:Will my privacy be protected?

A:We have a partitioned waiting room to protect patients privacy.
You will not see other patients in the waiting room.
All consultations are done in a private room.

Q:May I receive a Phimosis operation without taking days off from work?

It is ideal to take a day off from work on the operation day.
If the operated area is hit against something, the surgery wound will not heal properly.
Your penis needs to be fixed in underwear so it doesn’t move.
You can return to work if it is not physically demanding.
