年会費無料のカードで払えました
今日は2019年12月27日（金）です。
今年も残すところあと5日です。
米国形成外科学会の年会費
…で困っていたカード決済、
カード会社もがんばって米国に連絡をしてくれました。
残念なことに、
何度やっても年会費を払っているカードでは無理でした。

原因はわかりませんが、
米国形成外科学会で採用している決済システムでは、
私のカード番号では受け付けてくれません。
日本のカード会社から、
米国に送ってくれたメールです。
Dear Ms Jenifer, Member Services of ASPS membership
This is Sumitomo Mitsu Card Company Ltd., Visa card issuer in Japan.
We received an inquiry from your society member, and also our credit card member, Dr. Ken-ichi Homma.
He told us that his card use for ASPA Dues Payment for 2020 ( $643.25) has been declined twice, and ASPS requested him to contact us to resolve the issue.
We are card issuer of his Visa card, but we have received no authorisation data from ASPA, so we have not declined his card use.
If we receive authorisation data from ASPS, we approve his card use because there is no problem about his card status.
We are not sure why the error has been occured, but one possibility is that data has not be sent to us from the Visa card acquiring bank/company in U.S. that ASPS has contract with.
World you please contact the acquirer to resolve this problem and send us the authorisation data again ?
In case we receive authorisation data from ASPS, we approve his card use.
Quick responce will be highly appreciated.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the troubles you are experiencing processing the ASPS 2020 Membership Dues.
If you continue to have troubles paying with credit card the other payment method will be with Bank Wire Transfer, I have attached the information.

スマホから送信したり、
できることはすべてやりましたが、
年会費を払っている三井住友カードでは決済できませんでした。
米国形成外科学会からは、
銀行振込で払ってくださいと書いてありました。
そんなことをする時間もひまもないので、
年会費無料のYahoo!カードの番号を送りました。

何と！
年会費無料のYahoo!カードは、
一発で決済ができました。
なんかなぁ～？
…という思いはありますが、
とにかく2020年度の米国形成外科学会費は払えました。
ご心配をおかけして申し訳ありませんでした。
